Smoked Salmon Spread

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 8 oz smoked sockeye salmon

  • 2 tsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp finely minced red onion

  • 1 tsp capers with juice


Carefully remove any bones from the salmon.  Flake and mix with other ingredients. Serve with crackers or bagel chips.
