Kale Caesar

  • 1 bunch of kale

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 3-4 cloves of garlic

  • Anchovy paste to taste (1/2 tube if you like it spicy)

  • 1/2 lemon

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  • Parmesan cheese

  • Pickled red onion

Step 1

Mix the olive oil, garlic, anchovy paste, salt and pepper in a food processor or magic bullet until it's emulsified.

Step 2
Massage kale with dressing mix for one full minute. The kale will take on a darker tone and become softer.

Step 3
Add grated parmesan and garnish with pickled red onion.
