The 25th amendment

While we spend nearly $2 billion dollars per day in Iran, American consumers are struggling at the gas pump and grocery stores.

American servicemembers are in needless danger, civilians in the region are in danger, and this administration is flipping back and forth on ceasefires, negotiations, and blockades with no clear path or goal.

Like Oregonians all over the state, I'm standing up and saying NO to forever wars and needless military aggression.

We will not allow this administration to commit war crimes and genocide in our name.

I will continue to call for the passage of the War Powers Resolution because only Congress can declare war. This is an illegal overreach by the President, and I will use every lever I can in Congress to stop power grabs like this.

If the 25th Amendment needs to be invoked to end this, I fully support it.
